This website is hosted using Vercel, a service provided by Vercel Inc., United States.
When you access this website, technical information may be processed as part of providing and securing the service. This may include your IP address, browser and device information, request information, timestamps, system information and technical log data.
This processing is carried out for the secure, stable and technically reliable operation of Shadhl.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest is the secure and reliable provision of this website and its technical functionality.

3. Shadhl Distribution Engine
Shadhl allows you to submit a project description or a project or product URL in order to generate distribution recommendations for XR, VR and immersive projects.
The information you submit is processed for the purpose of analyzing the project and generating the requested recommendation.
Shadhl does not currently require a user account and does not intentionally store submitted project descriptions, URLs or generated distribution recommendations in a persistent user database.
Please do not submit personal, confidential, proprietary or sensitive information through the analysis fields.
4. Website analysis
If you submit a URL for analysis, Shadhl may request publicly accessible content from that URL in order to identify relevant project characteristics and generate distribution recommendations.
The submitted URL and retrieved website content are used to perform the requested analysis and are not intentionally stored by Shadhl as part of a persistent user profile.
By submitting a URL, you should ensure that the URL points to content that may lawfully be accessed publicly.
5. Analytics and tracking
Shadhl uses privacy-focused analytics to understand how the website and Distribution Engine are used and to evaluate the usefulness of the MVP.
Vercel Web Analytics is used to measure aggregated website usage such as page views, visits and general traffic to the website.
Shadhl also uses Umami Cloud, configured with the EU region, to measure aggregated website usage and a small number of interactions with the Distribution Engine.
These interactions currently include starting an analysis, successfully generating a distribution recommendation and clicking the recommended primary distribution channel.
Shadhl does not intentionally send submitted website URLs, project descriptions, company names or analyzed website content to Vercel Web Analytics or Umami as custom analytics event data.
The analytics are used to understand whether Shadhl works as intended, identify usage patterns and improve the Distribution Engine.
The legal basis for this processing is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest is the analysis and improvement of the functionality and usefulness of the service.
Shadhl does not use Google Analytics, advertising tracking or cross-site marketing analytics.
6. Cookies
Shadhl does not currently use cookies for advertising, marketing or user profiling.
Umami analytics does not use cookies and is not used by Shadhl to track users across different websites.
Vercel Web Analytics is also used without traditional cookie-based cross-site tracking.
Technically necessary mechanisms may be used where required for the secure and reliable operation of the service.
7. Data retention
Shadhl does not intentionally create persistent user profiles from submitted project descriptions, URLs or generated distribution recommendations.
Aggregated analytics information may be retained by Vercel and Umami according to the configuration and retention rules of their respective services.
Technical hosting and security data may also be retained by hosting and infrastructure providers where necessary for the operation, security and reliability of the service and in accordance with applicable legal obligations.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, where the respective legal requirements are met.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.
9. Changes to this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when Shadhl introduces new features, analytics services, external service providers or other forms of data processing.
